Who is Pacific Harmony Brigade?
Pacific Harmony Brigade (PHB) is the newest harmony brigade and the first US all-voice brigade not on the East Coast. PHB strives to select music that is appropriate both in range and in lyrical content so to be joyful to sing for every participant. The first rally will be held in Phoenix, AZ, September 5-8, 2025.
